ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This agreement contains the entire understanding between Olga Sardina Photography and THE CLIENT.
PAYMENT. The total cost, euro: 1900 euro.

The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the session in cash (euro).
The transport is at the client’s expense, as well as the accommodation If the event is in the south of Italy/country side/outside Italy.
INITIAL PAYMENT. Upon signing the сontract, Olga Sardina Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. The initial payment has to bepaid at time of signing the contract. The initial payment is applied towardsthe contracted wedding photography/video package.
BALANCE. THE CLIENT understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the wedding photography/videography package described in the contract is due two weeks prior tothe wedding date. Paymentfor albums or additional album photographs, prints & frames is made afterthe wedding at the time of ordering.
Any additional services you pick on this menu will be added to the balance due for your special day.

SERVICES: Wedding Collection: – 1 Photographer. Additional Hour of Coverage – 70 euro/ hour
CREATIVE LICENCE. On its own behalf, and on be half of the subject, THE CLIENT acknowledges that they are familiar with Olga Sardina Photography’s portfolio; that Olga Sardina Photography’s services are of unique and artistic nature; and that increating the photos/video,
Olga Sardina Photography shall use her personal artisticjudgment to create images consistent with her personal vision of the event.
EDITING. Olga Sardina Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance andenhance the images/video as she see’s fit.
COOPERATION. The parties agree to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Olga Sardina Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images.
COPYRIGHT LAW. The copyright of photographs remains with Olga Sardina Photography. Olga Sardina Photography grants THE CLIENT permission to make copies and prints of the images under the followingconditions. The images taken by Olga Sardina Photography are for personal use by THE CLIENT and their friends and relatives.
MODEL RELEASE. THE CLIENT hereby grants Olga Sardina Photography the irrevocableand unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of THE CLIENT or in which THE CLIENT may be included for editorial, trade, advertising or any otherpurpose and in any manner and/or medium considered standard by the weddingindustry. Such mediums/purposes include, but are not limited to: advertising,internet promotion, photographic contests, public displays, photography books,wedding blogs, studio display, sample wedding albums, and any other use thoughtproper by Olga Sardina Photography .
FORCE MAJEURE. Olga Sardina Photography makes every effort to produce the highestquality photographs possible, including using professional grade equipment, professionalgrade backup equipment, and making multiple backup copies of images. However,in the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond. Olga Sardina
Photography’s control, liability shall be limited to a full refund ofall monies paid, including the retainer. The limit of liability shall notexceed the contract price stated herein. The limit of liability for a partialloss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on thepercentage of total number of originals.
PHOTOGRAPHERS CANCELLATION. In the unlikely event that
Olga Sardina Photography has to cancel this contract for reasons beyondher control, (injury, sickness, or other circumstances beyond the control of the photographer etc.) a substitute photographer/videographer of high qualifications,similar skill, style, pricing, and product offerings may be sent to fulfill the obligations of the photographer herein contracted. If a substitute photographeris provided, THE CLIENT has the right to refuse to accept the substitutephotographer and may instead terminate this agreement and receive a full refundof all monies paid.
CLIENT CANCELLATION. If you, THE CLIENT, cancel your contracted weddingphotography services with Olga Sardina Photography, as compensation for loss ofincome for Olga Sardina Photography , the following charges apply as a percentageof the total fee deposite . (Number of days before the wedding): 0-120 days = 100%, 121-200 days = 50%, 201 days = 0%.
Shouldthe cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject toavailability, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding. In this case,the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time. In theevent of Olga Sardina Photography taking another wedding booking for yourcancelled or postponed date a full unconditional refund of your deposit andmonies paid shall be made.
EXCLUSIVITY. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images. Additional professional photographers may be employed only with prior written permission from Olga Sardina Photography. Guest photographers may not be active during the ceremony and will not be allowed to photograph during family and individual portraits.
Photography spends special time planning and posing your photographs and asks that guest not intervene.
CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE. Olga Sardina Photography must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify Olga Sardina Photography. Changing your date is subject to fees and the availability of that date.
MEALS & BREAKS: Olga Sardina Photography will not photograph the EVENT(S) while food is being served and eaten. It is not the style of
Olga Sardina Photography to take images during this time. Photographer/videomaker will also be fed the same meal as the guests at the time of reception. Olga Sardina Photography will eat when the CLIENT(S) eat at the time of the wedding party to ensure no key moments are missed.
COMPLETION SCHEDULE. Digital processing takes approximately 2 weeks for engagement sessions and 4 weeks for weddings. When
Olga Sardina Photography isfinished processing the client’s photos/video, they will be uploaded to an online gallery (google drive/dropbox).
Photo/video are stored in Google Disk for 30 days.
During peak wedding season – June-September, digital processing takes approximately 4-8 weeks after the wedding. Sometimes before, never after.
