Alex contacted me in advance, nervous and excited, wanting every detail to be perfect. On a cloudy summer morning, with the view of Florence unfolding beneath them from Piazzale Michelangelo, he went down on one knee and asked her the most beautiful question. She said yes, and in that moment, even the soft drizzle became part of the magic.
She wore a delicate white and red polka dot dress, which fluttered in the breeze as her smile lit up the hilltop. The city was still waking up-quiet, intimate, timeless. The view of the Duomo rising above the rooftops became the perfect witness to their joy.
After the proposal, we wandered together through the city’s romantic corners. We stopped by ivy-covered walls bursting with jasmine and soft pink roses. Every shot was filled with emotion-her arms wrapped around him, their smiles full of excitement for the future. Later, we made our way to the other side of Florence to capture iconic views of the city from a quieter angle. They looked out over the rooftops hand in hand, soaking in the beauty of that perfect morning.
This photoshoot was more than a proposal-it was a love story told through glances, gestures, and the romantic spirit of Florence itself. The light, the softness of the atmosphere, the sincerity in their eyes-everything came together to create something deeply personal.
